（パリ＝飛田正夫 31/05/2016 2:40:31日本時間）ドイツ南西部とフランス北部で5月28日、稲妻が起こり大雨で洪水が起こり、ドイツでは4人が死亡し、9人が負傷した。洪水は町全体が津波に襲われたように激しい濁流に押し流されて破壊されている映像が、フランスのテレビでは30日に報道されている。ドイツの内相は、シュトゥットガルトを州都に持つドイツ南西部地方のバーデン＝ヴュルテンベルク州（Bade-Wurtemberg）で大洪水があり、ドイツで４人が死亡したと30日に発表した。60歳代の男性が地下パーキングに流れ込んだ洪水で死亡。鉄道橋で若い女性が電車に跳ねられて死亡。同州のSchwäbisch Gmündの町での大洪水では消防士が助けを求める女性を救助しようとして死亡。女性も死んだと報道されている。
